Shipping Policy and Delivery Information

We currently employ the services of Australia Post and "Couriers Please" to delivery your orders.

Both courier companies deliver throughout Australia utilising their logistical network

Please note - if you are in a regional area, we recommend you let us know during the checkout process, using the 'additional comments' box. Typically it can take up to 4-5 days for Couriers Please to delivery to regional areas.

Please note - we can not send large orders (i.e. large and heavy protein shake containers) with Australia Post. In such circumstances "Couriers Please" will be used for delivery.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: All orders will be shipped out the next business day

Q: How long will it be before I recieve my order?

A: For standard shipping, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically this will be 2-3 Business days, however please allow up to 4-5 business days for remote areas or larger orders. Please allow additional time for international shipments outside of Australia.

Q: What do you charge for a standard shipping order?

A: All orders shipped to a destination within the world are shipped at a flat rate of $10 per order.
